Brand New - LED Refractometer with automatic temperature compensation. Specifically manufactured for the concentration testing of water soluble.

This is the refractometer that our field engineers use to test the concentration of thousands of water soluble metalworking fluid systems each year. This is a very well engineered piece of equipment - hence we have decided to sell to the UK market. As part of the current UK HSE requirements and 2002 COSHH Regulations - all water soluble metalworking fluid systems should be checked and recorded at least weekly. Designed and manufactured with a built in LED light - means not having to wander around the machine shop in search of a light source.

This allows for a very easy and precise reading every time. Solid body made from machined copper and aluminium - weighs 185 grams - you will know the quality when you pick it up. Range 0 Percent to 20 Percent.

ATC - Automatic Temperature Compensation. Function Lubricants / Cutting Fluids. Includes Calibration Screwdriver, Robust Carrying Case, Full Instructions, Cleaning cloth, Battery installed plus two spare batteries, 2 x sampling pipettes. The Fluid Solve portable brix refractometer measures the concentration of metalworking fluids, coolants, cutting fluids / industrial fluids. Its compact size makes it easy to operate in tight spaces, and it provides accurate and repeatable measurements on an easy-to- read scale.

It requires only one or two drops of solution and comes with the prism and lens which has a simple focus adjustment.
