Handmade Welded Utahraptor Skeleton Garden Sculpture

  

This item will be made to order! This imposing sculpture is based on pictures of museum pieces of Utahraptor Dinosaur skeletons. This is approximately lifesized for this Dinosaur standing at 6ft (1.8m) tall and over 13ft (3.9m) long in the pose shown.

This has been made for outdoor display and is made from Mild Steel which has been chemically rusted then given multiple coatings of varnish so the detail shows through. The body is made from over 650 pieces of sheet and tube mild steel of various thicknesses hand bent, filed, sanded and hammered into shape then welded together. As it is very heavy, this is supported by a single metal support concreted into the ground.

We will supply a suitable support pole and bracket which will require installing by a builder/DIY'er along with a suitable concrete base to stand on. The one we make will be similar to the one shown but the actual finish will be unique - the pose of the Dinosaur can be changed if required.
