Suitable for general metalwork, general production or specifically welding, this extra-large sized Welding table make a great addition to small workshops. Offering a vast surface area with 16mm holes for jigs and tooling, it will become a staple of small workshops, allowing you to produce and work on larger items than ever before.
The table is primarily designed for welding and features 100s of 16mm holes to allow you to bolt down jigs or tooling which are part of your working process. However, the table makes for just a great work surface in general, especially if you work with larger or heavier items. It can be used for grinding, assembly, repair jobs, or any other production work. The whole item is delivered flat-packed, with 4 legs, 2 vertical support beams, 6 lower horizontal supports and 4 folded channels that make up the lower shelf, as well as of course the massive 2.44m x 1.22m welding top. It can all be assembled using an Allen key and the bolts provided, we would recommend working as a 2-person team though due to the sheer weight of the product.
Once the frame is made, the welding top surface can simply be bolted on top. The legs and supports are made from 2mm Galvanised Steel ensuring strength and durability and will remain rust-free for the lifetime of the product, whilst the welding top is made from 5mm mild steel for a hard-wearing, long-lasting work surface. We do&#######xA0;recommend treating the table top with WD40 as frequently as possible to avoid rust and ensure it stays in a good condition.
&#######xA0;It offers a safe, convenient and clean work surface for Tig welding. There are strong durable legs in each corner of the table, with additional vertical support beams in the centre of the table to provide additional strength when placing heavy items on the table. The table has a lower shelf and storage area which will allow you to keep some additional supplies if required, helping save some space in your working area.
This shelf consists of 4 Galvanised Steel sheets which are folded for additional strength and can be removed fully if you would prefer not to have them, or remove just some to allow other heavier items to be placed under the table.
