Introducing the Black Tooth Creations BTC-001 Rotocasting Machine. A MACHINE MADE BY ARTISTS FOR ARTISTS! The perfect rotational casting machine for the hobbyist or for use in light production applications. The internal frame dimensions are 2' x 2' and will accommodate a properly balanced mold up to 25 pounds. The external frame rotates at approximately 21 RPM at maximum speed while the internal frame spins one quarter faster for even distribution of casting materials. The Dayton speed control and motor work in unison to perform to the highest standard. One of the most important features of this machine is the American made lubricated sealed gearbox that turns the internal frame. A lot of instructions on how to build one out there and even quite a few of the ones for sale have open exposed miter or bevel gears. They are not lubricated and quite frankly wear down very easily causing frequent mechanical breakdowns.

Also with an open exposed miter gear it allows debris and even casting material to interfere with their rotation. I offer a 3'x3' and a 4'x4' machine as well.
