Very rare, large, antique and exceptional pair of bird hunting trophies for wall mount (plaque pieces with wood stand). Cast metal (i do not kind of alloy). These birds are not a relief figures, but really sculptural cast metal birds (see detailed pictures).

Simply the most realistic bird hunting trophies i have seen. Both birds sculptures has been cold painted with several colors, tones and birds have sulfide eyes that gives them even more realism. Really amazing quality with incredibly detailed anatomy and feathers. They are marked MADE IN FRANCE under wings. And they have been made during beginning of XX century.

Fabulous set for demanding collectors. Height of wooden base : 50 centimeters. Wide of wooden base is 28 centimetres.
