Antique 19th century copper Face Sculpture

  

Looks to be early to mid or late 19th century possibly but not a real expert so you need to decide. Looks like it may have been part of a possible decorative outdoor fountain or facia for a building at one time? 10 X 9 X 6 inches deep.

What's wrong with it? Could use a good cleaning and has minor nicks, chips, dents, dings and scratches and needs a good cleaning as well and there are two holes in the bottom right lower portion of the hair.
