The ADY-999CL kiln with temperature controller uses an industrial microcomputer control system with a K-type thermocouple temperature probe for stable performance and simple operation. Thanks to thick (60mm) insulation, this kiln is energy efficient and for its size uses only 2000W and delivers a good temperature distribution. It is especially designed for metal heat treatment, steel case hardening and for work with most popular types of metals, high temperature enamels, glass and pottery clays with firing temperatures below or about 999°C/1830°F.

It can also be used for scientific experiments where firing temperatures up to 999°C/1830°F is required. The ADY-999CL kiln has a double pole toggle switch on the front panel, it allows for both stopping the heating process and observing decreasing temperature as cooling. A red LED confirms power applied to the heating element and a hidden leaf switch in the door disconnects the power supply from the heating element when the kiln door is open. The ADY-999CL kiln door hinge allows to open the door in horizontal position and leave them open on top of the kiln in stable position. To ensures the door's very hot surface never faces towards user.
