Manufactured in our own factory in Hereford from 6mm and 8mm front plate fully welded. This is the heavy duty stove of our range. Largest stove in the pictures.

The 28kw version is designed to manage the burning of large sections of timber up to 980mm long and is ideal for pallet repairers etc. Due to the large top loading lids. 13.1 cubic foot capacity. This stove is the heavy weight of our range at 218 kgs.

You will need a forklift or similare equipment to unload. The fifth picture shows the 8,12,20, and 24 kw versions. These stoves are designed to burn the waste products from carpentry shops to provide a free and efficient heat source. They also have a good resale value.

They are top loading and have no ash tray to avoid ash spillage. Emptying is needed every 3/4 weeks. The slide vent on the top of the stove regulates air down an internal tube to the base of the stove enabling lighting from even fine sawdust or wood shavings and set on a minimum draft it is possible for the fire to stay in overnight.

To light the stove you simply wrap a newspaper around a 300 x 70mm square section of wood approximately 700mm long and place this in front of the down pipe prior to loading and compacting the shavings/sawdust. When filled you simply remove the timber leaving the newspaper behind and light at the base. Within one minute the fire will be roaring and the sliders will need closing down to reduce the draf to the fire and control the heat output.

The secondary slider adjusts the top draft to help burn the smoke at the top of the stove as this is combustible. Off cuts of timber etc can be added through the day to top up the fire. The stoves are all cut on our automatic CNC plasma cutting machine and hydraulically folded prior to welding. This modern equipment makes it possible to manufactureat a reasonable cost. The chimney flue (not supplied) has to be 150mm (6) approximately inside diameter and simply sits inside the spigot on the top of the stove.

The top loading lid has two separate handles so that they stay cold when needed. To make out of hours arrangements for collection please tel. 01432 341555 (during office Hrs) to arrange a time. When ordering for the couriers.
