Universal Swaging Machine will perform a multitude of rotary operations in sheet metal up to 1.0mm and 177mm deep. When fitted with the appropriate wheels, operations including wiring, swaging, crimping and closing can be achieved. The pressure is set by means of a top mounted hand crank and the top beam can be kept parallel by adjusting the rear nut which raises and lowers the rear of the top beam. The top beam can also be adjusted in an out by moving the knob at the rear of the body for different operations. An extension gauge lets you set the depth & it comes complete with 6 sets of wheels and a bench clamp that swivels the machine to a convenient working position.
