New abrasive tube notcher/ grinder /profile grinder/cod mouthing machine. Supplied to us by Holzmann of Austria. 400v, 2 speed 4.2hp motor. 19mm diameter up to 76mm- vice angles. This model is a multi purpose machine which can be used on three access points.

1- at the front as a tube notching machine. 2- on the top flat platen for general linishing/deburring- access is via a hinged cover guard. 3- at the rear of the machine where you can use it as an abrasive belt grinder- there is a motor reversing switch which enables the abrasive belt to run backwards to enable this feature to work. Machines also has the following features. CE marked, supplied with manual and T Bar allen key and fitted 5 Pin 16 amp plug.

Supplied with 2x abrasive belts and a mandrel for 42mm diameter tube- We stock replacement abrasive belts as well as mandrels/formers in any size. Quality, robust build, made from steel plate- easy to change abrasive belts and easy to adjust angle of notch.

Machine has a safety eye guard, front and rear dust extraction points as well as front and rear dust capture buckets and rear adjustable work rest which can be removed. Fitted with good quality electrical control with speed selector, motor direction switch and E-stop button. There is an adjustable depth of cut marker/stop on the side of the vice for when you have to make multiple repetitive notches. Centreline of the mandrel can be easily adjusted. Useful cut out brackets on the pedestal stand for storing the various sized mandrels.
